Caroline is a JNC qualified youth worker with experience of delivering high quality arts projects to children and young people aged 5-21 years. With a background in music, she has produced the hit musical 'Fame' (2007) and 'Back to the 80's' (2008) at the Cresset theatre, as well as working with young people from complete beginners to Grade 8 musicians as part of vocal and instrumental ensemble groups.
She also has extensive experience in youth work including youth participation, youth project management and devising educational programmes.
Specialist areas alongside theatre and the arts include sexual health, community cohesion and alternative curriculum projects. Also has extensive knowledge of the current PSHE and Citizenship curriculum in primary and secondary schools, and devising schemes of work, as well as modern, fun and informative ways to deliver the issues to young people.
Current projects include the well known 'Wildcats' Workshops at Stamford Arts Centre, Musical Theatre sessions including Youth Orchestra and a theatre group, and leading childrens birthday parties including High Scho

She works with a team of young volunteers from accross Stamford who help out at parties and workshops. These volunteers, aged 13-19 work towards the Arts Award whilst learning new skills in preparation for their future careers. She also has three children of her own (13, 10 and 4) the eldest of which is fast learning the skills needed to become a sound tech at childrens birthday parties!
Due to the success of all these projects, she is now opening the doors to Wildcats Theatre School in September 2008. The theatre school will work towards LAMDA examinations in a fun, informal atmosphere.
She will also be directing a performance of 'Disneys Aristocats Kids' at Stamford Arts Centre in Dec 2008.
